  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients.
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
  • Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.
  • Processing Delivery Order, Invoicing & Credit Note
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
  • Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
