Service Crew
-Greet customers warmly, assist with menu selections, and take orders accurately. Provide recommendations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit.
-Input orders into the POS system accurately, collaborate with kitchen staff for food orders, and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
-Handle cash and card transactions accurately, process payments, and provide customers with receipts. Maintain the cash register and balance cash drawer at the end of each shift.
-Keeping FOH and shared kitchen area clean and organized, including wiping tables, sweeping floors and sanitizing high-touch surfaces and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in all areas throughout the shift.
-Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
-Promote and upsell sub-menu like snacks, dessert, new menu, seasonal item to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
-Work collaboratively with other FOH and BOH staff to provide efficient service and maintain a positive work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and management to address any issues or concerns.
-Assist in training new team members as needed.
-Clean and maintain all equipment, including the warmer, oven, air con and refrigerators, to ensure proper functioning.
-Must be Mandarin candidates
-Min SPM qualification
-At least one year of working experience in a restaurant will be preferred.
-Willing to work on shift rotation, weekends and public holidays
-Able to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment.
-Good verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
-Good in handling POS systems.
-Must attend food safety training and typhoid injection
-Ability to stand for extended periods and handle food and beverages
-Willingness to adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
-Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
