- Assist in payment process and bank reconciliation.
- Conduct data entry and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Maintain and organize financial records, ensuring traceability and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper filing of vendor & customer contracts, payment records, and receipts.
- Ensure that all documents related to the company’s finances are recorded and properly uploaded into the system.
- Support finance team members in ad-hoc projects, special assignments, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
