Job Title: Business Senior Executive

Job Summary:

The Business Senior Executive is responsible for managing the dealer financing processes, and maintaining efficient financial operations. This role will focus on liquidity management and supporting the overall financial strategy of the company dealer financing product.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of dealer financing.

2. Oversee and manage the renewal of financing contract on yearly basis.

3. Coordinate with dealers to gather necessary documentation for renewals, new applications and execution on new acceptance of financing.

4. Coordinate with various departments to align financing operations with company goals.

5. Develop relationships with dealers, stakeholders and market penetration to optimize financing terms.

6. Identify potential risks associated with nonperforming loan (NPL) and develop mitigation strategies.

7. Assist team members on their daily operation task.

8. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

9. Monitor market trends to inform financing strategies and management.

10. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.

11. Assist in risk management by assessing financing risks and developing mitigation strategies.

12. Stay updated on industry standards and emerging financing practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least SPM.

* At least 1.5 years of experience in an auto loan hire purchase financing or dealer financing role industry.

* Solid understanding of hire purchase management and financing processes.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication, especially mandarin language and interpersonal skills.

Skills:

* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

* Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.

Work Environment:

The role is primarily office-based within a dynamic environment. Occasional travel is necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
