- Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and best HR practices.
- Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multilingual environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
