Responsibilities: • Handle accounts payable, including processing payments to vendors and managing expenses. • Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks related to finance and accounting. • Update and maintain petty cash records on a daily basis. • Manage official receipts and record customer payments received. • Reconcile accounts receivable transactions with the company's general ledger. • Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances. • Monitor and follow up on overdue customer payments, implementing collection strategies. • Prepare reports on accounts receivable status, aging analysis, and collection efforts. • Calculate and process salaries for different categories of workers. • Update EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB for workers as required. • Maintain accurate documentation, including payment vouchers and rental records. • Assist in bank reconciliations and financial record-keeping. • Coordinate administrative tasks such as worker GDL applications and renewals. Requirements: • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in financial record-keeping and administrative tasks. • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers. • Familiarity with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB calculations. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Previous experience in finance, accounts payable, and receivable is preferred.
