Responsibilities: Product Design: Design both local and overseas baby products to keep our offerings fresh and trendy. Seasonal Baby Wear: Craft creative designs for seasonal baby wear on a monthly basis. ️Work Scheduling: Schedule work efficiently according to the monthly job plan, ensuring timely delivery. Styling: Occasionally perform styling for baby modeling shoots, especially for baby contests. Global Exposure: Embark on occasional overseas trips for supplier visits, market surveys, and to source new materials. Team Collaboration: Cooperate with other team members to contribute to various projects and company events as assigned by superiors. Ad-Hoc Duties: Take on other related duties as assigned, adding versatility to your role. Requirements: Education Background: Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Textile/Fashion or equivalent. Experience: At least 5 years of working experience as a Designer, demonstrating your seasoned design skills. Language Proficiency: Possess a good command of BM, EN, and CN to communicate with China suppliers. Creative Skills: Proficient in Adobe Illustration, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
