CLINIC ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTIONS: Receive and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, check-in patients, obtain necessary patient information and update patient records in system Assisting during doctor's consultation and procedure. Check-out patients, assist with referral processing Handle billing process Prepare equipment and examination rooms, and clean instruments Must be a team player and able to keep the team work spirit alive. Dispensing medication as prescribed by the doctor. Administer medications Administrative tasks REQUIREMENTS: Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. Being able to speak Mandarin is a must, as you need to deal with Mandarin-speaking customers. Working experience in the related field is an extra advantage.
