SITE QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Role: Review of scope of work, project Preamble, Drawings and Specifications (Contract Documents). Prepare Main Contractor’s Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments. Maintain accurate records of project variations and associated costs. To produce plans, estimate budgets and timescales. To undertake any new tasks related to contract and cost assigned from time to time. To ensure smooth communication and coordination with consultants, architects, engineers, builders, contractors and suppliers. Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior. Requirement: Fluent in Mandarin & English preferred as role requires to deal with Mandarin translation and documentation. Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Minimum at least 3 years of relevant work experience as Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry (candidates with full time on site experience will be more advantages) Proficient analytical skills for the accurate assessment of tender documents. Effective organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office.
