Senior Sales Engineer (PLC Knowledge)

Set marketing goals and objectives. Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy. Contribute to the overall growth of the company. Review and manage content marketing strategy. Determine KPIs for sales and marketing department. Keep the marketing budget in check. Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports Work with sales and development and customer success teams Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy. Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions. Analyze company's marketing strategy and suggest improvements. Stay up to date with the latest technology. Stay up to date with the latest best practices. Attend marketing conferences and educational programs. Work with customers to present a technical perspective on the company’s sales offering. Giving demonstrations, training and presentations to help clients discover and understand products/services. Preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations Providing pre-sales and post-sales support Reviewing cost and sales performance Supporting other members of the sales team by training them in the uses of products/services Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximise client potential in designated regions. Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements. Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery. Using technical skills to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of the product or service and how it may suit the customer better than competing products. Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs. Calculate client quotations and administer client accounts. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education. Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required.
