Upstream BPO is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Khmer Speaker Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our Khmer -speaking clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information about our products and services. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service. Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the customer experience. Assist in translating documents and communication materials as needed. Requirements: Fluency in Khmer and English (both written and spoken). Vocational school degree or above Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a typing speed of over 60 characters/words service/target language per minute Previous customer service experience is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
