Safety Officer

- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. - Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. -Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and provide detailed reports with recommendations for corrective actions. -Coordinate and conduct safety training sessions and drills for employees, including first aid, fire safety, and emergency evacuation procedures. -Ensure all safety equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE), is in good condition and readily available. -Collaborate with management to develop safety plans and ensure all safety protocols are followed. -Maintain up-to-date records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions. -Advise management on safety-related issues and recommend changes to improve safety standards. -Stay current with new safety regulations and best practices in the industry.
