Warehouse & Planning Supervisor

As a Warehouse & Planning Supervisor at Phabritek, you need to: 1. Oversee team of inventory or warehouse employees, enhancing and maintaining high level of productivity and safety at the workspace监督库存或仓库员工团队并在整个工作空间中促进和维持高水平的生产力和安全性; 2. Be responsible for inventory planning, organization, implementation of inventory counting work, ensuring process control, and effective results负责盘点工作规划、组织、实施，过程可控，结果有效； 3. Manage inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels管理库存跟踪系统以记录交货、装运和库存水平; 4. Analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages分析每日产品和供应水平，以预测库存问题和短缺; 5. Identify and salvage slow-moving or obsolete inventory识别和挽救滞销或过时的库存; 6. Managing scrap to reduce the volume of scrap generated管理废料以减少废料的产生量; 7. Be responsible for planning and implementing warning plans for the designated area, advancing inventory control work负责责任区域预警规划、实施，推进库存管控工作； 8. Be responsible for production planning-related tasks, including maintenance work such as production planning, material planning, and inventory management负责生产计划相关工作，包含生产计划、物料计划及库存管理等维护工作； 9. Be responsible for issuing production orders, scheduling, tracking deliveries, and handling delivery warnings负责生产订单的下达、排产、交付跟踪及交付预警处理；and 10. Be responsible for packaging of minimum package and packaging before shipment负责产品的最小包装以及发货前的包装； and 11. Be responsible for the daily management of the area under jurisdiction to meet the relevant requirements of the company, including warehouse, receiving and shipment, package room.负责所辖区域的日常管理，以符合公司的相关要求; and 12. Cooperate with managers to complete production planning and optimize warehouse systems and other related work配合经理完成生产计划及库房系统优化等相关工作。
