Warehouse Assistant

1. Oversee overall daily warehouse operations and processes 2. Monitor and assign subordinates with daily warehouse operational tasks. 3. Responsible for schedule the receiving and delivery of goods in a timely manner 4. To ensure an accuracy of the receiving and dispatching of goods by check in and check out by physically counting 5. Responsible for loading and unloading goods 6. Responsible for verifying both incoming and outgoing inventories ensure it matched against delivery order and daily production output. 7. Handle and solve discrepancies with regards to incoming and outgoing deliveries 8. Ensure raw and finished goods are stored and stacked safely and properly in a specific storage location 9. Reporting daily work process to Superior and discuss with Superior on any issue arise in warehouse operations. 10. Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the warehouse 11. Ensure a safe work environment in warehouse and reinforce safe behavior working in warehouse 12. Perform physical stock check and stock count and updating daily stock movements into system by scanning QR code available at all raw materials and finished goods 13. Maintain inventory and stock record
