Job Scope

The Outlet Manager, Mont Kiara responsibilities include managing the till, serving customers, planning for manpower/roster, supervising staff performance and providing timely feedback, maintaining outlet cleanliness, providing excellent customer service and more.

  • Manage all day-to-day operations together with the Management
  • Ensure customers are satisfied with their experience in terms of food quality and service
  • Investigate and resolve customers’ complaints and feedback promptly and effectively, and supply the feedback to the relevant teams and management
  • Liaise with café partners & wholesale partners to strengthen and grow our Partnership Program
  • Provide suggestions to improve product quality and customer service
  • Troubleshoot problems, take ownership and resolve problems that arise to the best of your capabilities.
  • Maintain high standards, in compliance with company SOPs
  • Manage stock and control wastage
  • Manage and organise deliveries
  • Deliver the highest standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness
  • Coordinate communications between the teams (Kitchen & Front of House) to ensure we are well stocked, quality is maintained and orders are correctly fulfilled
  • Help to recruit, train, motivate and develop the team
  • Supervise the teams, provide corrective feedback, and report relevant information to management
  • Arrange for suitable manpower scheduling to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure outlet cleanliness, including team hygiene, is always maintained at its highest standards.
  • Responsible for scheduling routine maintenance/servicing of the outlet’s equipment and machinery
  • Other duties as and when required by the Management.

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in Hotel Management or related studies
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Food & Beverage and/or Hospitality industry, in a customer facing role
  • Friendly, conversational and genuine with customers and when managing the outlet
  • Able to enforce SOPs
  • Availability to work at external events; ie catering events, markets, etc.
  • Flexibility throughout the week is essential
  • Creativity & artistic talent is a huge plus we require someone who can confidently put together attractive gift boxes, write birthday cards/notes, write shop signs, and other various other artsy tasks.
