As Online Support & Content Moderation Specialist, your job responsibilities will include: 1. Customer Support & Inquiry Handling: -Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries (via voice and non-voice channels) -Provide clear and empathetic communication to resolve user concerns while adhering to company protocols. 2. Content Review & Moderation: -Conduct thorough reviews of various content formats, including videos, images, text, live streams, and audio, ensuring alignment with Client's guidelines and standards. -Identify, assess, and address inappropriate or harmful content, escalating critical cases when necessary. -Monitor live-streaming activities to ensure real-time enforcement of platform policies. 3. Collaboration & Process Improvement: -Work closely with Client internal teams to address user and brand safety concerns effectively. -Provide feedback and suggestions to improve content moderation tools, workflows, and policies. -Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new guidelines, policies, and system features. 4. Ad-hoc Responsibilities: -Undertake additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or clients to support operational goals and ensure seamless execution of responsibilities. -Adapt to dynamic work demands, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
