Quality Engineer

1. Perform line audits to ensure product is meeting quality requirement. 2. Liaise with the engineering and production teams to solve internal and external quality issues. 3. Team member for FMEA review. 4. Support customer audits in the production line. 5. Implement and maintain the necessary Quality Assurance Inspections and process controls to ensure conformance to product specifications at minimum cost. 6. Compile and process deviations and follow-up on the corrective action. 7. Monitor identified problems and to formulate corrective action with team. 8. Plan, organize and direct his/her staff to achieve the plant and QA objectives. 9. Review reports and documentation for completeness and accuracy. 10. Participate in audit activities. 11. Any other related tasks that may be assigned by superior as deemed appropriate. 12. Perform SPC audits in the line. 13. Support the engineering team in quality improvement projects. 14. Other working tasks assigned by supervisor.
