JOB DESCRIPTION HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT INTERNSHIP : - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all employees, including contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions. -Filing and organizing hard copy or digital employee files, such as contracts, performance reviews, or training records. - Assisting with basic research on labor laws, health and safety regulations, or HR best practices. -Helping organize and maintain HR materials, handbooks, and training documents. -Helping set up new hire orientations or preparing welcome packages. GRAPHIC DESIGN DEPARTMENT INTERNSHIP : -Helping manage and organize design files, folders, and assets for easy access, using cloud storage services or a digital asset management system. -Preparing files for final delivery, ensuring that all assets meet the specifications required for print or online usage (e.g., resolution, file type). -Helping maintain or create brand guidelines that dictate the visual identity of a company, including fonts, colors, and logo usage. -Adjusting images for optimal use on digital or print media (changing sizes, cropping, etc.). -Designing visuals for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter (e.g., promotional posts, stories, or advertisements). OPERATION DEPARTMENT INTERNSHIP: -Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency. -Monitor workflows to identify delays or inefficiencies. -Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). -Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively to minimize disruptions in the operations department. -Ensure operations meet customer requirements in terms of product/service quality.
