Work closely with the finance manager to make sure the company finances are accurately recorded. Primary Job Responsibilities: a. Adhere to the company’s financial policies and procedures b. Prepare full set of account (profit and loss) c. Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested by the finance managers. d. Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets. e. Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with clients and reports any troubling discoveries or suspicion of wrongdoing. f. Checks, corrects, and maintains a variety of financial and other business records and documents. g. Cross-checking bill / invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy h. Prepares or assists in preparing various financial or administrative reports. i. Creating and processing bill / invoices j. Managing the company’s accounts payable and receivable k. Processing claims l. Provide administrative and clerical support for company if necessary.
