Quality Engineer

1. Assist the quality manager to establish and improve the QEHS management system in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, and maintain the continuous operation of the management system. 2. Participate in the preliminary quality planning of new products, promote the improvement of various documents, and provide document support for the operation of new products. 3. Organize and carry out quality activities such as supplier audits, process quality control, shipment inspections, customer complaint handling, and quality meetings. 4. Conduct preliminary data statistical analysis on expired or inappropriate product internal control standards and submit revision opinions. 5. Continuously optimize the detection methods and supervise the implementation of detection activities to ensure that the detection activities are scientific, efficient, and accurate. 6. Team building of the quality department, as well as interviews, deployment, training, assessment, overtime attendance review, etc. of subordinates. 7. Implement the 8S management of the supervision quality inspection room.
