Key Responsibilities: Financial Transactions Process and record day-to-day financial transactions, including e-invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reimbursements. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections Account Reconciliation Perform monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and financial accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Financial Reporting Preparing monthly financial report, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Prepare management report and attend management meeting. Budgeting Managing monthly budgeting tasks Compliance and Auditing Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies, accounting standards, and legal regulations. Liaise with external auditors during the annual audit & provide requested documentation, explanations & support to ensure a smooth audit process. Invoice Management Invoice Management To assist Finance/Acc Executive generate invoices, track payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and manage the collection process. To assist Finance/Acc Executive in submitting an E-Invoice to the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) on timely manner. Expenses Tracking Monitor company expenses, validate receipts, and ensure proper documentation for accounting records. Yearly Audit process and yearly tax computation process Involves in audit and tax computation process. Preparation of tax simulation and ensure timely submission and payment of ETP (CP204). Support Responsible in development, implementation and maintenance of financial policies, procedures, and guidelines. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in accounting and financial reporting Assist Finance Executive with other tasks, projects, and financial analysis as required. Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as may required by Management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. A professional qualification (e.g.: ACCA/CIMA/MIA) or equivalent is a plus. Minimum 5 years working experience in finance or accounting roles/related field Proficiency in the use of accounting software, MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Project or equivalent. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations Able to work independently, self-motivated, possess analytical skills and problem solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
