Responsible for machine operating, testing and issue analysis for active and passive optical fiber products such as transceiver, EDFA, optical cables, etc. 负责有源和无源光纤产品的操作、测试以及问题分析，例如收发器、EDFA、光缆等； 2. Configure production equipment process documents and guide production employees to operate 配置生产设备工艺文件，指导生产员工操作； 3. Formulate plans to improve production process capabilities, organize implementation of the plans and achieve them 制定提升生产制程能力的方案，组织实施并达成； 4. Certify new equipment during introductory stage to ensure it meets the process and production requirements 新设备导入阶段对新设备导入认证，保证新设备符合工艺及生产要求； 5. Cooperate with engineers to solve problems during the production process 配合工程师完成生产过程中的问题处理 6. Responsible for bridging the communication gap between engineers and operators 负责搭建沟通桥梁，协助工程师与操作员之间的沟通; and 7. Handling tasks related to reports, documentation, etc. 处理与报告、文件等相关的任务。
