 Involved in bulking process to coordinate tanker arrangement/movement (in & out)  Book shore tanks in PG and Westport prior tank bulking date accordingly  Managing and co-ordinate all bulking documents. • Delivery order preparation • WB ticket attachment to the DO • POMPA attachment to the DO  Liaise with QC team on bulking tanker dispatch and collection schedule. • Local tanker movement from PG plant to shore tank terminal – Refine POME, Bleached POME • Local tanker movement from PG plant to Nilai plant • Local tanker movement from Nilai plant to shore tank terminal • Collection of raw material from customer mills to PG plant.  POMPA submission and monitoring its volume utilization for daily / weekly tanker deliveries • Commercial invoices • Packing list • Sales contract and sales invoice creation from Account Dept. • Open and close POMPA with K2 declaration (DAP) • K2 collection – closely follow up with forwarding agent in preparing K2 after bulking completion  To ensure MPOB report for export being submitted timely.  To verify invoices from supplier before submitting to Account Dept.  Coordinate with Lab Dept. to ensure ISCC declaration, quantity and numbering in order.  Data entry for tanker movement, POME DAP and collection  Filling of documentations.  To comply all requirements of the IMS systems
