Objectives: To provide crucial administrative support to our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).The candidate will play a vital role in streamlining processes, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the efficient operation of our sales department. Responsibilities: • Compiling weekly and monthly reports submitted by the Head of Business Department and Team Leads, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for analysis and decision-making. This includes Activities Performance reports. • Organizing and updating contact list into the CRM system, maintaining data integrity and accessibility. • Arranging meetings with potential customers as initiated by the CRO. Following up on appointments on behalf of the Chief Revenue Officer, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth arrangements. • Initiating and managing email correspondence for collaboration with targeted associations and potential partners. • Assisting in tracking and following up on internal project deadlines, ensurinf project stay on schedule. • Managing business department-related documentation, including SOPs, policies, incentive plans, compensation plans, slides, records, etc. • Updating the CRM system with relevant information gathered from meetings, interactions, and customer data. Requirements: • Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred). • Proven experience in an administrative role. • Highly organized and detail-oriented. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Good communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
