IT Executive / Application Support

1. Application and System Support: a) To ensure all related applications are stable and running smoothly for Newspaper, Book and Printing business units for print and digital news output. b) Ensuring availability of servers and other data holder peripherals related to application and software for the operation. c) Manage and maintain the functionality of the following: i. Shift roster to support Sinar Harian, ii. P-Series an PriEnergy, iii. NewsManager, iv. Sales Command, v. Newspublish CMS and Website, vi. Asset system (A7Pro), vii. Indesign server, viii. Replication and backup. ix. Desktop and user support. d) Ensure all job order requests are attended to and close within the agreed timeline relating to all application support. 2. Project Management: a) To assist team leader and HOD in the project. b) To be involved in all project implementation activities. c) To brief and train end-users to accomplish objectives and deliverables of projects. 3. To adhere to the department's application development methodology and approach. 4. To execute other jobs as required by the HOD from time to time. 5. To adhere to the department's support approach. 6. Perform other duties as directed by top management or board members from time to time.
