Oracle Cloud Functional Lead

Key Responsibilities: Lead complex functional or process analysis and facilitate workshops with senior customer resources and provide subject matter expert opinion. Captures and understands client's business requirements and specifies system, application or process designs. Responsible for liaising with business analysts for the requirements, management for the estimations and high level planning, functional architects, technical architects, designers, developers, product team, and test teams for the solution implementation, during the entire phase of a project implementation. Job Requirements: Expertise in designing, developing and implementing enhancements and customizations to the Oracle Cloud Applications like: PLM, ERP(financials), HCM and/or SCM modules. Possess business acumen and in depth understanding of business operation flows of Oracle modules. Act as an Oracle Fusion subject matter expert by providing best-practice guidance on business processes. Able to communicate very well both, technically and functionally in highly escalated situations. Excellent skills on troubleshooting and resolving technical support issues from inception through to resolution. Ability to design, develop and implement new and enhanced interfaces with other internal and external systems. Ability to manage a team and ensure quality delivery. Ability to provide estimations and good at project management activities. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people. Adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience is required.
