Key Responsibilities: - Lead cross-functional technical teams to address intricate challenges within Oracle Cloud Suite services, including SCM, PLM, and HCM. - Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages problem-solving and skill development. - Enhance team capabilities to handle complex projects through effective leadership and training initiatives. - Develop and implement innovative processes to optimize operational efficiency and business outcomes. - Establish best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence across the organization. - Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Suite projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client expectations. - Collaborate with project teams to optimize delivery processes and drive continuous improvement. - Implement strategic resource planning to manage and develop a high-performing talent pool. - Engage with clients at a strategic level to ensure exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, and identify new business opportunities. - Manage budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation to maximize efficiency and return on investment. Job Requirements: - Undergraduate degree from a reputable institution. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Charismatic leadership style that inspires and motivates teams. - Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative and innovative work environments. - Expertise in Oracle Cloud and Agile PLM implementations, Cloud conversions, Oracle Cloud SCM, Oracle Cloud HCM modules, and integrations. - Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in Oracle Cloud technologies. - Hands-on experience with CRM and Project Management tools like Hubspot, Freshdesk, JIRA, MS Project, etc. - Ability to identify and resolve complex challenges. - Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and effectively managing resources. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project. - Familiarity with SysOps/DevOps practices for infrastructure security and maintenance. - Customer-centric mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing project requirements. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing complex projects and large teams. - At least 2 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Suite services delivery, with a proven track record of managing global projects.
