Job description Our company is an established Guard Services that provide security services for commercial and elite residential as well as ad hoc private function. Our company is located at Jalan Imbi. Open to Malaysian. We are looking for an HR Officer to manage our company’s recruiting, administer monthly payroll, plan and monitor learning and development, prepare weekly and monthly report, assist in employee onboarding / offboarding performance programs. HR Officer responsibilities include creating/monitoring referral programs, updating weekly/monthly HR report, HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have minimum 2 years background in Human Resources departments and knowledge of EA1955 & Industrial Act 1967. Work together with the HR Team and Operations for hiring, develop and retain qualified employees. Responsibilities · Administer onboarding and offboarding process according to the HR policies. · Administer monthly payroll and statutory in FlexHR · Prepare weekly and monthly HR Report · Assist in performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations) · Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques · Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees · Act as the point of contact regarding employment issues · Manage employees’ grievances · Monitor referral bonus programs · Administer employee benefits in the FlextHR system · Measure employee retention and turnover rates · Oversee daily operations of the HR department Requirements · Proven work experience as an HR Executive, those from Guard Services industry are desirable. · Familiarity with FlexHR and ESS Systems · Experience with full-cycle recruiting · Experience in full cycle of payroll process · Good knowledge of labor legislation · Demonstrable leadership abilities · Good communication skills and team player. · BSc/in Human Resources Management or relevant field and those without degree but have min 3 years’ experience as Generalist are encourage to apply.
