a) To oversee day to day operations on site; supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities on site b) To resolve issues that may arise during the progress of the projects. c) To handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports to the Management. d) To provide for site safety and security, implement site policies and procedures. e) To conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machineries and equipment’s. f) To oversee projects to completion, ensuring that the projects are carried out in an efficient and timely manner. g) To complete and ensure all relevant reports on site to be submitted to office daily. h) To receive and verify materials and tools that delivered to site by suppliers if any i) Attending site management meetings when necessary. j) Providing emergency first aid if required. k) To surprise and evaluate staff; keep accurate records of employee attendance and to train new hires. l) To perform other duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
