Location: Langkawi, Kedah Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Special Needs Education, or a related field. • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia. • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role (preferred). • Passion for working with children with autism and special needs. • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Familiarity with IEP implementation and the ability to coordinate with parents and staff. Responsibilities: • Supervise staff and maintain smooth day-to-day operations. • Oversee the implementation of IEPs for students. • Manage schedules and administrative tasks. • Coordinate with parents and ensure clear communication. • Provide leadership and guidance to the team.
