Job Description: 1. To develop, implement, review and maintain the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all outlets & warehouse to ensure compliance with Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) and quality measures. 2. Responsible in conducting quarterly internal halal audits and Food Safety Audits for all outlets to ensure compliance with Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS). 3. To be involved in HACCP & MSQH certification in selected outlets by making sure internal system comply with the requirements. 4. To involve in performing internal and external audits to determine compliance to Food Safety/HACCP/GMP and identify areas for improvement. 5. Manage application and renewal of FOSIM for outlets. 6. Assist in Halal Awareness training, Halal Audit training and Food Safety training for all outlet. 7. To conduct periodic warehouse inspection and supplier audit. 8. To evaluate and supplier audit from Approved Suppliers List. 9. To coordinate & provide support to Operations department during MOH or local authority audits as and when necessary. 10. Responsible in overseeing the Pest Control System implemented at outlets. 11. Investigating customer complaints related to Food Safety System. 12. To evaluate & propose quality improvement initiatives deemed necessary. 13. Conduct product testing for the approval new/ improved material. 14. To perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Superior from time to time. Requirements: 1. Knowledgeable/experience in outlet operations HACCP, HALAL, GMP and BeSS 2. Certified Halal and HACCP certificate holder. 3. Auditing experience and ability to prepare comprehensive audit reports. 4. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills. 5. Ability to work independent 6. Able to travel and be on-site. 7. Be organized, good attention to details and able to meet deadlines.
