Key Responsibilities
Assisting and supporting the Human Resource (Happiness) team.
Supporting Maintaining Databases
Liaising with staff and suppliers
Maintaining procedures and office administrative systems.
Marking attendance for meetings and taking notes.
Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
Attention to details
Assisting in planning of company events.
Prerequisites
Diploma or degree in human resources/administrative management.
The ability to work as a part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding time management and multitasking capabilities.
Strong ethics and reliable.
Cheerful and positive personality.
We are looking for a minimum of 4-6 months of commitment.
Able to join immediately is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
