Job Purpose

Assist the Technical Services Executives to ensure that new and existing processes are implemented and enhanced so that our products are safely manufactured and delivered to the customer on time, made at the best cost, and above all, meeting the quality standards for sterile products and fully compliant to regulatory requirements in accordance to the Quality Management System.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support Executives in preparing qualification and validation documents in alignment with the site's Validation Master Plan.
  • Compiling documents pertaining to qualification and validation.
  • Execute qualification and yearly re-qualification activity for all autoclaves and solution manufacturing system which require usage of thermal validation system.
  • Execute qualification programme for all Production, Engineering & Laboratory equipments that are directly or indirectly related to the manufacturing and testing of ampoules, vials, pre-filled syringes, and cartridges.
  • To participate the aseptic process simulation activity every 6 months.
  • To participate in all courses of GMP training as per the training schedule.
  • To maintain document archiving system for Technical Services Unit.
  • Assist Executives in coordinating with the cleanroom testing contractor to conduct HEPA filter integrity tests, air change rate tests, air cleanliness classification tests, air recovery tests, room differential pressure tests, airflow velocity tests, and airflow smoke pattern tests.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor and Management, as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
