Key responsibilities:

  • To support the business and act as business partner to develop and implement the MY people, process and strategy for the full HR spectrum suite.
  • Assisting in any related of foreign worker matter whenever required by immediate superior (e.g. Hostel audit)
  • Support and maintain compliance issued in accordance with legal requirements and Company policies and procedure
  • Ensure on-going compliance and statutory regulations affecting HR policies & guidelines.
  • Prepares reports and analyzes data from human resource information systems for information reporting and management decision making.
  • To perform other ad-hoc tasks / projects pertaining to Human Resources Recruitment activities as and when required.

Requirement:

  • Diploma / Degree in relevant field with at least 1 - 3 years of experience in HR particularly in managing foreign worker, compensation & benefits, recruitment and industrial relations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English and BM)
  • Strong process /project management and analytical skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
