Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at UpstreamBPO, your primary responsibility will be to assist our Cambodian-speaking customers with a variety of inquiries and issues. You will be the voice of our clients, providing helpful, friendly, and professional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in Cambodian (Khmer) and English.
- Provide product and service information, answer questions, and guide customers through their concerns or challenges.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working towards positive resolutions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in line with company policies and procedures.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all transactions and issues.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Provide feedback on common customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Cambodian (Khmer) and English (both spoken and written)
- Previous experience in customer service (Atleast a year of experience required)
- Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and empathy
- Problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
- Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of customer service software, email, and live chat systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
