Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at UpstreamBPO, your primary responsibility will be to assist our Cambodian-speaking customers with a variety of inquiries and issues. You will be the voice of our clients, providing helpful, friendly, and professional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in Cambodian (Khmer) and English.
  • Provide product and service information, answer questions, and guide customers through their concerns or challenges.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working towards positive resolutions.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all transactions and issues.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide feedback on common customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Cambodian (Khmer) and English (both spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in customer service (Atleast a year of experience required)
  • Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and empathy
  • Problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
  • Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of customer service software, email, and live chat systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Required)
