Responsibilities: • Administrative matters (Monitor Branches) • Monitor AML screening for customers • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions & duties. • Compile & update employee records. • Process documentation & prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc) • HR matters (Employment Contact, Confirmation Letter, Leave Application, Issuing memo, Letter HR related, staff daily attendance etc.) • Assist in Government matters (EPF, SOSCO, EIS, HRDF submission, follow-up etc.) • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) & take minutes. • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc). • Properly handle complaints & grievance procedures. • Coordinate communication with candidates & schedule interviews. • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
