  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

QUALIFICATION: Bachelor or Master degree in Polymer Engineering / Material Engineering (Polymer) / Science (Chemistry) or related field EXPERIENCE: • Minimum 2 years experience in polymer/ rubber/ compound / plastic manufacturing. • Experience in PVC resins, PVC additives & PVC end product (Pipe, window, cable etc.) manufacturing will be an advantage. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Attends to technical inquiries from distributors or customers by providing guide formulation, process information as well as assistance in production trial runs. 2. Monitor regulations update within the designated area and provide update to Technical Service Manager 3. Update, familiarizes & document all norm and standards for different criteria of products according to application and location within the region. 4. Assist in handling Customer Complaint. - Gather information from customer or Sales & Marketing team on actual issue at site - Arrange for sample collection from customer and discuss with Technical Service Manager on next course of action. - Provide periodical feedback to Technical Service Manager on the closure of the complaint 5.Participate in products development or modification to meet customers’ requirements accordingly to cluster group as assign. 6. Participate in Innovation Cluster group spearheaded by respective PVM’s of each MB as assign. 7. Coordinates & liaises with Manufacturing Division for products or process optimization activities. 8. Develop, maintains and updated product technical data sheet (TDS) according to cluster group as assign. 9. Conducts technical training / presentation to all staff in the company and appointed distributors whenever required. 10. Ensures compliance to Health, Safety & Environment for safe working environment which include requirements of ISO 9002, 14000 and HACCP. FUNCTIONAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE • Operation/principle of fabrication machinery/equipment (Extruder/Two-Roll Mill/Hot Press/Injection molding machine, high speed mixer etc.) • Operation/principle of analytical/mechanical/optical testing equipment for polymer. • Knowledge of PVC market & end producer (pipe, profile, cable manufacturer etc.) • Report writing • Good communication skill • Able to speak and write in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
