1. POSITION OVERVIEW THE RESTAURANT MANAGER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOROVERSEEING ALL ASPECTS OF RESTAURANT OPERATIONS, ENSURING EXCEPTIONAL GUESTEXPERIENCES, MAINTAINING PROFITABILITY, AND LEADING A HIGH-PERFORMING TEAM INA FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT.
2. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES A. OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
- EXECUTE DAILY OPENING AND CLOSING PROCEDURES
- MONITOR FOOD QUALITY, PREPARATION, AND PRESENTATION
- ENSURE ADHERENCE TO RECIPES AND PORTION CONTROLS
- MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS AND SANITATION STANDARDS
- OVERSEE EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
- IMPLEMENT AND MAINTAIN STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES
- MONITOR DINING ROOM FLOW AND TABLE MANAGEMENT
- COORDINATE WITH KITCHEN TEAM ON MENU EXECUTION
- MANAGE INVENTORY AND STOCK CONTROL SYSTEMS
- ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS B. STAFF MANAGEMENT
- RECRUIT, HIRE, AND TRAIN NEW EMPLOYEES
- CREATE AND MANAGE STAFF SCHEDULES
- CONDUCT PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS
- HANDLE DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS
- OVERSEE PAYROLL PROCESSING
- CONDUCT DAILY STAFF BRIEFINGS AND MEETINGS
- PROVIDE ONGOING TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
- MAINTAIN EMPLOYEE RECORDS AND DOCUMENTATION

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
