  • Experience delivering training programs and workshops in Lean Six Sigma concepts.
  • Ability to engage participants at the White and Yellow Belt level, ensuring comprehension and practical application.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles (e.g., using interactive methods, real-life case studies, and hands-on exercises).

5. Skills

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Expertise in statistical software/tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in preparing training materials, including slides, guides, and exercises.

6. Authorization

  • Approval or accreditation as a trainer by a recognized certification body, if applicable.

7. Additional Preferences

  • Evidence of a high participant success rate in past training programs.
  • Ability to customize training content for the specific needs of a manufacturing setup.
  • Experience working with multicultural teams or within global manufacturing industries.
