- Advertise vacancies on job portal.
- Screen CVs and send CVs to Head of Department (HOD).
- Conduct reference check for new hires.
- Prepare salary proposal for new hires.
- Discuss with HOD and obtain approval on salary proposal from Vice President for new hires.
- Communicate employment offers to the successful candidates.
- Conduct Induction for New Staffs.
- Prepare Letter of Appointment (LOA).
- Send welcome email to new employee.
- Send notification of new employee staff reporting for duty via HRMS.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
- 3- 5 years of experience
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal)
- Good communication skills and negotiation skills
- Meticulous with a good eye for details
- High integrity
- Ethical
- Exercise high confidentiality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
