Technical Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
1) Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
· Respond to technical inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
· Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, or network-related issues.
· Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical teams when necessary.
2) Customer Support:
· Guide users through step-by-step solutions, ensuring clarity and patience.
· Document user-reported issues and solutions in the ticketing system.
· Provide regular updates to users on the status of their cases.
3) Technical Documentation:
· Create and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
· Report recurring technical issues and suggest improvements to prevent them.
4) System Monitoring & Maintenance: (optional, based on role)
· Monitor system performance and report anomalies to the IT team.
· Assist with software updates, installations, and system configuration.
5) Training & Knowledge Sharing:
· Train customers or internal staff on new systems or applications.
· Share knowledge with team members to improve overall technical expertise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
