Job Summary

Responsible to manages and executes administrative and executive support activities associated with the office or the company. Responsible for sourcing, managing vendor and perform strategic procurement activities such as search for better deals and find more profitable suppliers. To support the Sales team and Human Resources department established by the company.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversees and administers the day-to-day activities of the office procedures and systems which ensure productive and efficient office operation.
  • To manage and ensure the petty cash budget and expenses sufficiency for daily uses.
  • Provides assistance and support to the office principal in problem solving and management execution of stated goals and objectives.
  • Update attendance and leave record to meet payroll dateline.
  • Maintenance of all filling system with efficient and effectively.
  • Verify purchase requisitions by sales personnel compare items and recommend alternatives.
  • Request quotation from respective supplier, make comparison and evaluation on price and estimate delivery date schedule.
  • Update available inventory items by verifying stock and schedule delivery.
  • Prepares purchase orders (PO) by verify specifications and price, obtain recommendations from suppliers for substitute items and obtain approval before process.
  • Liaise with supplier and forwarder agent to arrange all import goods.
  • Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered and resolves shipments in error with suppliers.
  • Provides purchase plan and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
  • Process the required Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Order (DO) as well as invoice and ensure all the related document are file accordingly and effectively.
  • Ensure product being loaded into the outgoing transport is accurate per Delivery Order (DO) or invoices issued.
  • To ensure that work Order Sheet (WOS) was in the system before issue Delivery Order (DO).
  • Check the document details for invoice and Delivery Order (DO).
  • In charge for sundry tool and office stationery top up when necessary.
  • To coordinate with the external party, government and others on behalf of company.
  • Any other related work assign by the superior from time to time.

The Requirements

  • Minimum with Certificate, Diploma in Management/Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years related work experience in a Manufacturing environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
