Position: Senior Operation Executive
Responsibilities:-
- Assist in creating and executing operation SOP and policies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure all branches are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and Malaysian regulatory requirements.
- Assist in supervising retail sales team daily sales progress, performance & discipline and adhere to Operation Manager.
- Coordinate maintenance scheduling for facilities and equipment across all branches.
- Coordinate all renovation works across all branches.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinate stock supply between HQ and retail branches.
- Cross checking all second hand phones received from retail branches must follow company's phone checking SOP and all are in good condition.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and standards, implementing appropriate measures to maintain a safe and healthy environment for customer and retail staff.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records and identify discrepancies.
- Conduct regular branch visits to review operational standards and monitor quality of customer service.
- Assist in organizing and implementing sales promotional and any marketing activities in conjunction with the retail operations, ensure that the setup is in line with operational policies and successful.
- Work together with all respective departments to support retail demands.
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years working experience in business operation management, preferably in Mobile Phone Industry or Retail Industry.
- Willingness to travel between branches as needed.
- Must have own vehicle.
- Outgoing personality, with good communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in all three languages - English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Excellent writing and reading skills in all three languages - English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
