Located in Kulai, Johor, Malaysia, Foamtec (M) Sdn Bhd is ISO 14001 & ISO9001 certified. Its provide services to the Malaysian markets, with effective, efficient fabrication and conversion services for a host of industries.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible and coverage of Foamtec Malaysia’s customers and development of new business and inter-company sales.
  • Setting goals & objectives & KPI for Salesman on New Business Development and meeting sales revenues set by company yearly.
  • Communicate and liaison with customer for sales follows up and participates in new programs working with Sales team.
  • Ensure close monitoring with potential customers in product development to spec in our recommended material in their print, support sample for evaluation, etc.
  • Administrate the sales projection, sales performance monthly and others various reports by coordinating with the indoor supports staff.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Role on handling Inter-company sales activities and sales revenues assigned by HOD/GM.
  • Actively seeking new prospect for potential business for Malaysia market.
  • Able to meet company goal & objective and KPI set by HOD / GM on Sales revenues, Sales activities new customers, and new business.
  • Maintain contact with customers and salesperson to support their needs for our products.
  • Coordinate closely with customers and internal departments such as material and planning.
  • Production to ensure execution of sales orders. Engineering and Quality to ensure quality control.
  • Collect and collate market information regularly for management review.
  • Attend sales inquiries; prepare presentations and quotations to prospective customers.
  • Review on credit facilities and ensure collection of payment promptly.
  • Participate in trade exhibitions, meetings, and training.
  • Able to travel in short notice on company business trips.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by HOD/GM.
  • Report to superior any issue related to environmental and health & safety
  • Report to superior any related issue which will affect medical product quality performance
  • Report to superior any related issue which will affect product safety
  • Report to superior any suspect counterfeit part use

Authority

  • Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly on new business, delivery, and sales activities
  • Weekly sales activities report.
  • Monthly Specialty Converting Business meeting report and Management Meeting report.
  • Yearly Sales Budget and Business plan report.
  • Meeting KPI set by company /HOD /GM.

Competency

  • Diploma in Sales/Marketing or Degree and higher
  • 3 - 5 years relevant sales experience
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, with a history of revenue-driving success.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, combined with relationship-building prowess.
  • Strong collaborative abilities, capable of working seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Technically inclined, with the ability to effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

  • RM8,000 – RM12,000 (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
