Position Summary:
Develop and implement sales plan to identify new customers, sell new business to existing accounts and convert accounts to a higher level of sales within a defined area to grow sales and profitability.
Major Responsibilities:
- Follow sales strategies and objectives, develop sales plan to hit sales AOP target as required.
- Monitor industry trend and make better marketing analysis/forecast to ensure competitiveness.
- Develop and provide quotes and pricing to customers with professional solutions.
- Build and maintain positive business relationships with existing/potentail customers.
- Regularly visit customers to identify new opportunities for growth and gain a deep understanding of the customer’s business.
- Work and partner with internal functionas to communicate with all account stakholders.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Required Education / Experience / Skills:
- Bachelor degree or above in engineering, electric or other relevant discipline.
- More than 3 years of sales experience in machinery industry (industrial motors preferred).
- Willingness to travel.
- Ability to build, leverage, and optimize business relationships
- Good verbal, written, interpersonal, computer, and technical communication, organizational
- Customer focus, with solid experience in customer management.
- Passionate, result oriented and performance driven.
- Strong communication, good collaboration and influencing skills.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
