  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position : Application Support Specialist

Salary : RM 3,000 – RM 4,200

Location : Desa Aman Puri, Kepong

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)

Job summary

This role main responsibilities are to be onsite for installation and maintenance of software applications for customers in order for streamlining their business operations. This role also required to be on standby(oncall) roster duty to support overseas users remotely or even travel to various locations overseas to provide support.

Responsibility

  • Required to assist with onsite installation of systems especially to new clients.
  • Perform onsite training to clients and presentation to new and existing clients on product features.
  • Prepare and develop of documentation on software user guide and software customisation request including software testing.
  • Provide user support enquiries regarding Point-of-Sales (POS) and technical issues including remote troubleshooting and debugging of systems.
  • Track, follow-up and resolve customer’s outstanding issues based on ticketing system

Requirement

  • Candidate with at least diploma in IT related field.
  • At least 1 year of working experiences in the related field.
  • Good command in written and spoken English.
  • Good in SQL command and networking.
  • Ability in multitasking, fast learner and set priorities of work within deadlines.
  • Product training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
