KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
OPERATIONAL RISK CONTROL AND TRANSVERSAL CONTRIBUTION
Bring direct contribution to BNPP operational risk control framework.
Contribute to Risk and Control Assessment exercises for business activities in BNPP Malaysia entities, ensuring timely and accurate contribution from regional and offshore teams
Review and deploy general framework provided by regional OPC and adapt to local specificities when needed.
Coordinate and support New Activity Committee and specific risk assessments, notably regulatory requirements.
Lead the future projects around outsourcing (e.g. OPC controls, streamlining of controls etc.) and stabilize the future set-up to ensure full quality & accountability of control execution.
Alert the first line of defense teams in Business, Operations and IT in case of potential non identified operational risk.
Follow-up closely on regulatory / audit recommendations and action plans.
Ensure proper and timely investigation and responses to regulatory / IG / External auditors requests.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Coordinate, maintain and monitor Malaysia CIB transformation Project portfolio, covering Business, IT and Operations, Finance and any transversal or Regulatory initiative
Provide a clear and global view on all projects to Management (including progress, risks, timeline, …)
Ensure all projects are well qualified, framed and documented as per BNPP Policies
Monitor progress to ensure timely deliver and raise alerts when need be
Ensure a specific monitoring of the Trade and Cash Management projects, including new products and services and any new requirements from Regulators
Act as Project Leader or Project coordinator for Malaysia on all major projects
Ensure smooth coordination with Regulator on Trade and Cash Management projects and enhancements
OUTSOURCING MANAGEMENT
Manage and monitor outsourcing arrangement for the Bank.
In charge of the outsourcing dashboard, outsourcing register, risk register.
Ensure control on outsourcing activities.
Coordinate projects from inception to execution.
To prepare, maintain and review SLA.
Act as the SLA coordinator for the Bank.
