Report to the Store Manager / Deputy Store Manager & Shopping Center Manager in every aspect of Security responsibilities and duties.
Plan and implement all aspects in every situation that includes Security such as fire, fights, theft and natural disasters. All sabotage, Damage or loss of company property. All complaints regarding weaknesses and negligence of employees and promoters
Make a report on all disturbances in the activities of the Store that interfere with the sales journey.
Plan and conduct recruitment training and ensure the strengths of each employee are perfect at all times.
Plan and implement daily / weekly / monthly training for employees
Investigate and make recommendations against theft, loss or any case involving the police.
Propose / inform the Store & Shopping Center Management on security issues.
Determine the implementation of the Task Schedule for subordinates in an orderly manner
Arrange for support staff from the Store Administration Division when required.

To have at least SPM Certificate
5-6 years of working experience in security. If If have experience in police/ army is an advantage.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to utilize all of Microsoft Office
Able to work on shift including Off Day, Rest Day or Public Holiday
