About Our Client:

Our client is registered as a Licensed Company Service Provider Hong Kong. Their team has over 10 years of solid experience in providing company secretarial, accounting, and financial services to numerous companies in Hong Kong. They provide “one-stop” professional services for customers in different industries and assist customers in dealing with the difficulties of many companies’ daily operations.

Job Scope:

  • Assist the Senior Comp Sec / Account Manager in providing corporate services, ensuring efficient handling of company formation, statutory filings, and internal procedures.
  • Support the collection and maintenance of questionnaires and corporate documents for record-keeping and statutory filings.
  • Gather due diligence documents for compliance review.
  • Address general client inquiries regarding company formation, statutory filings (e.g., Economic Substance filings), and basic corporate administrative tasks.
  • Follow up on clients’ accounts receivable as directed.
  • Assist with company incorporation, board and general meetings, share transfers, and statutory filings to relevant authorities.
  • Provide basic translation support as needed.
  • Conduct internet research and summarize findings for management.
  • Handle general administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as assigned.
  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner under supervision.

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy or Law, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Company Secretary or related field (experience with Hong Kong / offshore companies is a strong advantage).
  • Fresh graduates with a background in Company Secretary studies are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both speaking and typing).
  • Strong communication skills, responsible, and can be a good team player.
