The Senior Executive, Corporate Finance, will play a vital role in managing financial strategies, investments, and capital allocation for the organization. This position involves conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, and supporting strategic decision-making to enhance the company’s financial performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analyses to evaluate investment opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, and capital projects.
· Model Development: Build and maintain financial models to project future performance and assess potential scenarios for business strategies.
· Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations highlighting key insights and recommendations.
· Capital Management: Assist in managing the company's capital structure and optimizing funding strategies to support business growth.
· Market Research: Conduct market and industry research to inform investment decisions and identify potential opportunities or risks.
· Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to facilitate due diligence and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
· Project Support: Provide financial support and insights for strategic projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
· Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, staying updated on changes in the regulatory landscape.
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred.
· 3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
